Political parties should not be shareholders or partners or members in any legal person registered in the Czech Republic or abroad.
If a political parties were prohibited from owning or holding interest in any Czech or foreign legal person, the practice of “outside in tunnels” allowing for secret financing of the political party by the company which it owns could not take place.
