The state should try to delimit at least in general way the criteria for choosing apolitical professionals to supervisory boards of companies serving public interest. Persons fulfilling these criteria should be chosen in an open selection procedure afterwards.
If the state determined at least in general way the criteria for selection of non-political experts to supervisory boards of companies providing services of public interest and if persons fulfilling these criteria were selected in a open procedure, it would be possible to achieve that true experts are selected into supervisory boards of those companies.
