— #31 Binding character of declarations and commitments
Declaration that the candidate considers that all his/her commitments made in the non-corruption declaration are legally enforceable;
If the candidate made before elections a declaration that obligation he/she assumed in the asset and non-corruption declaration considers to be binding on him he would confer legal effects on the asset and non-corruption statement
