The law proposal is in the Lower Chamber

The proposal of the law amending the Act on conflict of interest which the Upper Chamber returned to the Lower Chamber of the Parliament does not remedy – by help of an affidavit considering the asset declaration and declaration of absence of corruption as enforceable by the competent courts – the existing dysfunctional sanction mechanisms for the breach of the aforementioned declarations.
