— #25 Commitment of not to unduly enrich oneself in the public office
Commitment that if elected, the candidate will not to unduly enrich himself/herself in the public office;
If the candidate before election subscribed to a duty that in case of election he/she will not illegally enrich himself/herself, at least a political liability of the candidate would be established should he/she violate this duty in the office.
