If the certified software determined existence of irregularities in assignment of experts or their evaluations, the expert in question should be removed from the list of evaluators or face a threat of a ban of his/her professional activities.
If in case of discovery of inconsistencies in distribution of expert or their evaluation of bids the experts faced the threat of being erased from the sector-specific expert lists or prohibition to exercise their profession, none of the experts would dare manipulate the contents of the evaluation or the attribution to the evaluation of bids for specific public contract.
