Political party shall be allowed to accept monetary donations only if credited to the transparent account of a bank established in the Czech Republic.
If a political party could accept a financial donation only i fit was credited to a transparent account of the political party open with a bank in the Czech Republic, it would not be possible for the party to create secret bank accounts outside the Czech Republic since it could not be financed by funds registered on such secret accounts.
