Political party shall be allowed to accept monetary donations only if transferred from a bank account of financial institution established in an OECD country.
If a political party could receive a financial donation only if such donation was transferred from a bank account maintained by a financial institution from an OECD country, the identity of persons donating the funds could be effectively checked since banks within OECD countries are obliged to verify the identity of persons to whom they provide services.
