The law proposal is in the Lower Chamber

The Government proposal, which is in the Lower Chamber of the Parliament, does not provide for granting of physical protection of the whistleblower. The parallel MP proposal does not directly tackle the question of physical protection of whistleblowers, however, this protection can to a certain extent result from the possibility of making an announcement without disclosing its identity.
