The law proposal is in the Lower Chamber

The proposal of the law amending the Act on conflict of interest, which the Upper Chamber returned to the Lower Chamber of the Parliament, newly foresees the submission of the asset declaration - as to the day preceding the day of entry into the office - which is to be filed within 30 days from the moment when the politician or other high public official were registered in the declaration register, however, it does not require substantiation of the information contained in this asset declaration by the relevant documents.
