The constitutional Act as well as the proposal of the related implementing Act foreseeing the extension of the powers of the Supreme Control Authority to the financing a management of municipalities, regional authorities as well as companies owned by the state and those authorities were rejected by the Senate (Upper Chamber of the Czech Parliament).
