— #139 Surveillance over the regulation of provision and use of offshore services
The surveillance of the prohibition on use and provision offshore services should be bestowed upon Financial Analytical Unit of the Ministry of Finance or the Czech National Bank or with respect to the advocates to the Chamber of Advocates.
If the surveillance over the use or provision of offshore services was bestowed on the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Ministry of Finance or to the Czech National Bank, it is possible to expect that this surveillance could exercised effectively since both authorities have the necessary expertise to carry out controls over this type of services.
